this week my 4th order from iherb.com arrived. if you did not know, iherb carries a large selection of healthy products from skincare to grocery, it delivers and offers really good shipping rates worldwide. personally i am satisfied with their customer service (even better if they would respond faster). they pick and ship your order quite quickly too considering i am in hong kong, it usually takes 4 business day to deliver and at such low shipping rates, i am a happy customer.

this time i got to stock up some of my favorite items by desert essence. i have eczema on my hands for so many years and it is something that continuously bothering me. i had tried so many products before and nothing works so well like these 2:

desert essence shea butter shampoo, &
desert essence bulgarian lavender hand and body lotion, organics

at first i got the shea butter shampoo only because my hair was so dry and i wanted something more moisturizing. i tried the coconut shampoo before but it was not moisturized enough. so i went to order the shea butter and i really liked it. not only it does provide more moisture to my hair, it does not irritate my skin which is a HUGE bonus. along with the lavender hand and body lotion, they really saved my life.

however, the shampoo does smell weird. luckily it won’t stay after rinsing out with water. it doesn’t lather well or easily too as it does not contain SLS and instead, it uses Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate.

the raspberry and lemon tea tree shampoo were ordered for my friend.

i also reordered quite a few madre bees lipbalm again. my friends love them, too. not to mention its price, very affordable (85 cents! i know, it’s more than affordable) and it’s the best lipbalm i ever used.
